Our outdoor fitness sessions are designed to challenge and help you achieve your fitness goal whatever it may be.
The 6wks program includes four outdoor sessions during the week (Mon,Wed,Thur,Sat):
– Fat Burning
– Build Strength
– Build health Habits
– Improve Your Anaerobic and Aerobic Activity
Warm-up and stretching at the start and end of each session.
***Online Sessions included if QLD enters snap lockdown or Rainy days**

Sat: 8am – 8:40am
