Whether you’re looking to start your fitness journey or keep fit – join us for Saturday Morning of fun and fitness! 

Our outdoor fitness sessions are designed to challenge and help you achieve your fitness goal whatever it may be. 

Embrace me in a community engagement workout program. 

Our Saturday program session includes 

– Full Body Workout (Build Strength and muscle)

– Build healthy Habits

– Improve Your Anaerobic and Aerobic Activity

Warm up and stretch at the start and end of each session. 

***Online Sessions included if QLD enters snap lockdown or Rainy days***
