Everyone who participates in any of our hiking, boot camp events or outdoor fitness sessions shall take responsibility for any risks that occur from participating in such events, and agree to follow all rules and regulations of all events they decide to participate in. They are to disclose any pre existing injuries before partaking in any event.
It is acknowledged that every participant in a Frilete Active event is fully aware of the risks involved and Frilete Active will not bear any loss or injury, whether personal or not.
In many cases, participants will be required to sign an acknowledgement form to this effect.
Loss and Damages
Frilete Active out rightly refuses to take responsibility for any loss or damage to properties either belonging to a participant or an employee while participating in any of the company events.
Any personal injuries, loss or damage sustained by an employee or any other person as a result of their participation in the event is not the responsibility of Frilete Active.
Participants are advised not to participate in any of the events without the appropriate training and if they do not meet a specific level of fitness it is advised they do not take part in these events or sit out events they cannot perform.
Participants should consult with their health specialists and fitness trainers to determine whether they are physically cleared of any injuries and able to partake in any Frilete active event.

Everyone who participates in a Frilete Active event is deemed to be in full control of their mental and physical capacities and engage in any of our activities on their own accord. We will not take responsibility for anyone who participates in an event if it is later discovered that they are not mentally, physically or emotionally able to take part in the said events.
Returns Policy
Every product you purchase from us at Frilete Active receives a 30-day warranty. This helps to ensure that our customer satisfaction is paramount. All our unsatisfied clients are encouraged to initiate a return or an exchange of a product within 30 days. After which Frilete Active refuses to take any more responsibilities for the product in question.
There are conditions to fulfill in the event of a return, without this being completed your return request will not be granted.
These conditions are:
1. The product marked for replacement by a client must retain all the original packaging it was purchased with or the return will not be honoured.
2. The product must be returned in a re-saleable condition, and if not, your return request will not be honoured.
3. If returned products are found to be damaged or tampered with by the client, then the return request will not be honoured.
4. If a returned product does not meet any or all of the above criteria, the return request will not be honoured, and you will not receive a replacement or refund as the case may be.
